Size Guide
A (Bust) : This is not your bra size, relax arms at sides and pull measuring tape across fullest part of the bust.
B (Waist) : Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. It is the slimmest part of the waist, measure across at this point and keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room.
C (Hips) : Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hips and rear. The measuring tape should brush across both hipbones.
D (Hollow to Floor) : Stand straight with feet together and measure from the center of the collarbone (hollow) straight down to the floor.

Terms
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please note that all packages are shipped uninsured. We will not be held responsible should USPS, UPS or FedEx lose your package. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with any charges for expedited shipping.
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from cjjboutique.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund store credit amount.
We don't ship to P.O Boxes.
Delivery Time for USA
Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:
- Some items will ship the same day, some within 24 hours, and others in a couple days, The "Availability" value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted.
- The method of delivery - our free shipping method is either FedEx Ground (commercial addresses) or FedEx Home Delivery (residential addresses). FedEx Express Saver takes 3 business days; 2nd Day Air is two business days, and there are several options for Overnight delivery based on the time of day to be delivered. We also may ship your item via UPS or USPS. Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. If you place an order on Sunday or any major federal holiday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.
Lost Packages:
CJJBoutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have your item marked as delivered, and you do not have it, please contact the carrier. We will email you the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS,DHL) information together with tracking code when your order is fulfilled.
All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on any business day will be ship out the same day.
All Philadelphia, Pennsylvania orders over $150 get free same day delivery (Orders must be received before 2 pm)
